Somalian eggwrap
amount of eggs is up to you - scramble the eggs you are using with salt and pepper
in a pan saute some onions and bell peppers in olive oil, once sauted then add some tomato sauce and curry powder to taste, once the sauce is cooked in good add the sauce to your scrambled eggs and then eat on a low carb tortilla
so for me I use
3 eggs
1/2 small onion
1/2 of a bell pepper
curry powder to taste
1 small can of tomato sauce
low carb tortillas
Quiche
6 eggs
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
whatever flavor, seasoning, and add-ins you want
1/2 cup of grated cheese
Beat eggs, add in your whipping cream and other ingredients and bake at 350* until done..
This is how I do mine
saute spinach and onion in butter
beat eggs and heavy whipping cream
In baking dish I coat with oil or butter
Then put my spinach and onions and cheese and then a layer of grated cheese
then pour in my egg mixture...usually with just salt and pepper
Bake at 350* until done
*****How I change this lately
I layer the bottom of the pan with my grated cheese and then add my spinach and onions, then the egg mixture and bake as the same
