Flax meal pancakes
Flax Meal Pancakes
2 eggs
1/4 cup of Golden Flax Meal (I usually get Bob Mills)
splash of vanilla or any sugar free syrup ( I Love the French vanilla from Da Vinci's)
1 Tbls of water
I put about 10 drops of ez-sweetz
whisk your eggs, then add remaining ingredients...
don't let sit or it will thicken beyond belief
Then I put a little butter in a pan and fry like pancakes
Makes about 3 good sized pancakes
If you want to make a smaller batch
1 egg beaten
2 Tbls of flaxmeal
10 drops of ez-sweetz
splash of sugar free Da Vinci's French vanilla syrup for flavor

Quiche
6 eggs
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
whatever flavor, seasoning, and add-ins you want
1/2 cup of grated cheese
Beat eggs, add in your whipping cream and other ingredients and bake at 350* until done..
This is how I do mine
saute spinach and onion in butter
beat eggs and heavy whipping cream
In baking dish I coat with oil or butter
Then put my spinach and onions and cheese and then a layer of grated cheese
then pour in my egg mixture...usually with just salt and pepper
Bake at 350* until done
*****How I change this lately
I layer the bottom of the pan with my grated cheese and then add my spinach and onions, then the egg mixture and bake as the same
